My Video and Performance Art

My performance art comes about just as you are watching the video in the gallery...

In the video.. as the door opens....

The actual door of the art gallery will open.
And I'll be staring at you.

It's a conceptual idea of what is real / the truth, influence of Joseph Kosuth - One and three Chairs.


What is art?
what's the real me?
Is the Jessica in the video be considered good enough to be me?
Or need to be the real life Jessica to be Jessica?
Or whatever. aiya. hard to explain in simple words.

Actually it's more to that.. it takes a 2000-word essay to explain my art, with research and whole load of things........ which i'll be submitting next week.

*sigh*
