End of 2010

Thinking back bout 2010..

lots and LOTS of things happened in 2010.

But... nothing much too, everyday is a busy day.
But it's pretty much similar most of the time.

Only some is almost life changing kind.

Let's start from Jan..

Like a summary of my life this year.

Jan

I got attached after 2 years of being single.

Feb

First time celebrating Valentine Day with a bf.

Usually I'll celebrate with friends.

Mar to May

Everyday is a busy day trying to survive practicum.

Nothing much to say.

But i managed to squeeze out time to celebrate darling Anne's and her twin sister's birthday.

I love Anne! Best and most fun roomie ever!

Jun to Aug

Graduated with Diploma.Started teaching.

Biggest change in life is i crossed over to Degree Programme.
I used to be last in class.

Taking a degree was something i prayed for.
I was answered.

Became relief teacher for 2 months.

Everyday is pretty much the same too.

But i got to meet Clara in July!

Make-over for Teachers' Day Dinner, themed, "Oscar Night".

Who want this dress? From Miss Selfridge.
It's a little big for me.
If you want, i can give it too you for free.
Yes I'm serious.

This lucky ticket won me FIRST-PRIZE!
LOL! A night stay at Orchard Grand Court,
Celebrated my birthday there.

Sept

Took one week leave before i start my school.
Bf brought me to USS cos i really wanted to go there.
It's was so fun!
We were really very happy over there!
Next big thing in life.
Went for a 10-session course.

After soooooooooo many years, I am baptised finally.
That is why i prayed for a Christian bf, so that he will encourage and guide me closer to Christ. Because i'm the only Christian in my family, I don't really know much.
Although i believe in Christ since i was 10, I was never baptised.
ZR has been a Christian for more than 10 years. He knows much more than me.

I love Pastor Ridge (who helped baptised me) and his wife.

In fact, many people in church are really nice ppl.
Love lots of them.

Met Clara at her place and took a lot A LOT of crazy pics.
Hehehe~
Love Clara lots too! We just seemed to have so many things in common, our chats are like never-ending once we meet.

Oct to Nov

I was rushing my school work like crazy.
Everyday was a battle against time.

But i decided to take time out to celebrate my birthday with my BJG who never fail to celebrate my birthday for me every single year.

I almost didn't want to celebrate it cos of my school work.
But i told myself to give myself a break.

I told Bf I wanted earrings.
He bought me pearl with diamonds and i love it a lot a lot.

Well.. back to school..
I felt very depressed.
Because i feel very out of place.

8 out of 10 times, i had lunch alone.
All my friends went out to teach.
I was the only Primary art general diploma student left.

Now, my classmates teaches Secondary sch.

We have different time table.
Once my lesson end, they have lesson.
If not, the other way round.
Even if we had same time.. I'm really not close to them.
They were together for years.
I'm a newbie in school.

Only the 2 out of 10 times,
I'm eating with the diploma art group.
I love that class a lot. Seriously. They are much easy to be with.
But rest of the time.
Sigh. I'm a sad loner.
I wish my next sem time table won't be so sucky.
Let me meet my Diploma friends for lunch.

Dec

I love Dec!
HOLIDAYSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!!!

Spent my holidays simply but i love it!

Firstly, I painted my room!
After 13 years! LOL!

It's still a little in a mess because I'm waiting for a bigger shelf to be delievered later.
To replace the small shelf that holds my television.

This photo is the "Before" look.No more hazardous and tiny walking space.
I've thrown away the long cabinet so that i can push in my computer desk.

AfterNow my room feels more spacious~

Went Malacca with bf, Shufie and her bf, Marklin.

Meet up with Tingy!
Love her lots! My bestest friend since Primary school!

Celebrated Christmas with BJG!

My friends brought their dogs out~
So cute!

Went to Shufie's house to continue playing with dogs.
And supper.

Met my NIE friends.

ZR and I also applied for HDB BTO sms/email alert.
A big step on our relationship.
Looking around for good location for our new house.

Bf announced a plan for marriage to a few friends.

Not really official yet, because the wedding will be 2 years time from now.

and.. i don't know.. it's just seemed a little too vague and scary to think about it.

Budget is the most worrying subject.

Next is.. how to work things out in marriage.

Next step is probably to take up marriage preparatory course in church.
But depends on my school work load.
If it's holiday, i might consider going.
If not, better luck next time!

That's how i spent my 2010.
